Section 2527. Annual report

Latest version.

The commissioner shall submit an annual report
  to  the  governor  and the legislature concerning the implementation and
  operation of the prenatal care assistance program. Prenatal care service
  providers and public education organizations shall  cooperate  with  the
  commissioner  and  provide such data and assessments as the commissioner
  may require for such report.
