Section 372. Powers of the mayor

a. The separate and additional approval of the mayor shall be necessary to the validity of every franchise agreement and revocable consent agreement. b. Every such agreement shall before it takes effect be presented, duly certified, to the mayor for approval. Such agreement shall not be effective unless approved by the mayor within sixty days after it is presented to the mayor.
