Section 3-319. Power of the comptroller to issue subpoenas and administer oaths, to compel witnesses to testify

For the purpose  of  settling  or  adjusting  claims  for  damages under section 3-318, the comptroller may
  issue subpoenas and administer oaths to witnesses. The  comptroller  may
  issue a subpoena requiring such witness to appear at such time and place
  as the comptroller may designate in the subpoena.
