Article 13. SELF-SUPPORTING IMPROVEMENTS |
Section 13-1306. Charges for use of self-supporting improvements

The board of trustees of any village may by local law, rule, or regulation after a public hearing held on notice, held on notice, establish or revise charges for the use or enjoyment of self-supporting improvement. Such board of trustees shall establish charges for the use or enjoyment of any such improvement for a daily, hourly or single use of such improvement. In addition to such daily, hourly or single use charges, the board of trustees of any such village may establish weekly, seasonal or annual charges for the use or enjoyment of any self-supporting improvement. Applications for weekly, seasonal or annual permits to use such self-supporting improvement shall be made on forms supplied by the officer or employee placed in charge thereof by the board of trustees of the village and the charges therefor shall be paid upon the issuance of such permits. Such charges shall be used only for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving such self-supporting improvement, including reserves and the payment of principal and interest on any bonds, notes or other obligations issued for the acquisition, construction, lease, purchase, improvement or reconstruction of any such self-supporting improvement.
