Section 121-A. Limited use automobile

A limited use vehicle which, except
  for the provisions of article forty-eight-A and section  four  hundred-a
  of   this   chapter,  would  be  subject  to  registration  pursuant  to
  subdivision six of section four hundred one of this chapter.
