Section 79-E. Contents of proposition

In addition to the question of
  consolidation,  the  proposition  shall  contain  the  following,  where
  applicable:
    1. The proposed name of the new town;
    2.  Plans  to  dispose  of the property or other assets of the several
  towns;
    3. A statement as to how the indebtedness of the several  towns  shall
  be allocated;
    4. A statement of whether a change of classification will occur;
    5.  Proposals for termination or continuance of appointed officers and
  employees of the several towns;
    6. Any other matters deemed relevant or necessary  to  effectuate  the
  consolidation.
