Section 179-I. Exclusion of interest from reimbursement rates

Any interest
  paid to a contractor pursuant to the provisions of  this  article  shall
  not  be  included  as  revenue  for  the  purposes  of  determining  any
  reimbursement rates applicable to such contractor.
