Section 1110. Immunity from liability

Latest version.

No  official  of  a party state or
  employee of the compact committee shall be held  personally  liable  for
  any  reasonable  action  taken  in  good  faith  that  occurs during the
  performance and within the scope of  his  or  her  responsibilities  and
