Section 3424. Funeral directing; reports by trainees, employees and schools

  • 1. Each trainee and the employer and funeral director school shall:
        (a)  maintain  and  file  such  periodic  records  and  reports as the
      department shall require; and
        (b)  notify  the  department  promptly  of  any   change   in   school
      registration or change of employment.
