Section 223. Public health council; compensation and expenses

The members
  of the public health council other than the commissioner of health shall
  each receive two hundred twenty-five dollars for  each  day  devoted  to
  council work not to exceed two thousand seven hundred dollars in any one
  year plus necessary expenses.
