Section 1733. Compliance with codes

Latest version.

The authority shall, in the design,
  construction, reconstruction, improvement, rehabilitation,  maintenance,
  repair,  furnishing, equipping of or otherwise providing for educational
  facilities, comply with the requirements of the city building code, fire
  code and electrical code.
