Section 1120-J. State and town not liable on authority bonds

Latest version.

Neither the
  state nor the town shall be liable on the bonds  of  the  authority  and
  such bonds shall not be a debt of the state, or the town, and such bonds
  shall contain, on the face thereof, a statement to such effect.
