The development and implementation of a Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor plan is considered a state purpose. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, any state agency or public corporation within amounts appropriated or available therefor may offer assistance to the commission in support of its corporate purpose through the lending of staff or other resources to accomplish the purposes of this article. * NB Repealed April 30, 2012
