Section 106. Power of justices of appellate division in first department to appoint interpreters for supreme court

The justices  of  the  appellate
  division  of the supreme court in the first department, or a majority of
  them, may appoint and at pleasure remove such number of interpreters for
  the supreme court as in their opinion shall be necessary.
