Section 210-A. Consumer information on the availability of long term care insurance

The superintendent is directed to make available to insurance  brokers information regarding long term care insurance coverage and  the
  New  York  state  partnership  for  long  term  care insurance coverage,
  created pursuant to section five hundred  forty-four  of  the  executive
