Section 210. Papers, where filed

Latest version.

All  applications,  certificates,
  appointments and other papers relating to the laying  out,  altering  or
  discontinuing  of  any highway shall be filed by the town superintendent
  as soon as a decision shall have been made thereon in the  town  clerk's
