Section 343-U*4. Portion of state highway system to be designated as "James E. Widener Memorial Bridge"

The  bridge  on  Scottsville-Chili  Road,  State  Route  386 which crosses over the Black Creek shall be designated
  and known as "James E. Widener Memorial Bridge".
