Section 343-T. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the "96th Infantry Division WW II Memorial highway"

All that portion of  state highway route 96, from NY 332, east to NY 21  in  Ontario  County,
  shall  be  designated  and  known  as  the "96th Infantry Division WW II
  Memorial highway".
