Section 343-K*2. Portion of state highway system to be designated as the "POW-MIA Bridge"

All  that  portion  of  the  state  highway   system  constituting the Route 14 bridge, located across the Erie Canal north of
  route  31  in  the  town of Lyons, county of Wayne shall be known as the
  "POW-MIA Bridge".
