Section 349. Application of chapter

Latest version.

All the provisions of this chapter
  relating to state highways and not inconsistent with the  provisions  of
  this  article  shall  apply  to  the construction or improvement and the
  control and maintenance of state thruways in the same manner  as  though
  they were designated as state highways.
