Section 274. Assistance of policeman or constable

Any person authorized by
  this article to seize and take into his possession any such cans may, in
  case of resistance, call to his aid any police officer or  constable  of
  the  town,  village  or  city  who shall when so called on assist him in
  seizing or taking possession of such cans.
