Section 1039-A. Procedures following adjournment in contemplation of dismissal

The local child protective service shall notify the  child's
  law  guardian  of  an indicated report of child abuse or maltreatment in
  which the respondent is a subject of the report or another person  named
  in  the report, as such terms are defined in section four hundred twelve
  of the social services law, while any order issued pursuant  to  section
  ten hundred thirty-nine or extension thereof remains in effect.
