Section 31. Divisions

There  shall  be  in  the  executive  department the
  following divisions:
    1. The division of the budget.
    2. The division of military and naval affairs.
    3. The office of general services.
    4. The division of state police.
    5. The division of parole.
    6. The division of housing.
    7. The division of alcoholic beverage control.
    8. Commission against discrimination.
    9. The division of safety.
    10. The division of veterans' affairs.
    11. The office of planning services.
    12. State civil defense commission.
    13. Office for technology.
    The  governor  may  establish,  consolidate,  or  abolish   additional
  divisions and bureaus.
