Section 715. Records and data

1. The director of the office of cyber
  security and  critical  infrastructure  coordination  is  authorized  to
  maintain,  in  electronic  or  paper  formats,  maps, geographic images,
  geographic data and metadata.
    2.  The  director  of  the  office  of  cyber  security  and  critical
  infrastructure  coordination  is  authorized to promulgate any rules and
  regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this section.
