Section 365. New York state veterans' hall of fame; establishment

There is
  hereby established the New York state veterans'  hall  of  fame,  to  be
  located  temporarily  on  the  concourse level of the Governor Nelson A.
  Rockefeller empire state plaza outside the New York state museum until a
