Section 21-0723. Inconsistent laws

Latest version.

No   provision  of  this  chapter  or  of  any  other  law,  which  is
  inconsistent with the provisions of the compact shill be  applicable  to
  the  Delaware  river  basin  commission or to any matter governed by the
