Section 21-0717. Cooperative services

Departments,   agencies  and  officers  shall  provide  technical  and
  administrative services to the  Delaware  river  basin  commission  upon
  request,  within  the  limits  of  available  appropriations  and  shall
  cooperate generally  with  said  commission  for  the  purposes  of  the
