Section 15-1615. Reservation of rights

This  state  reserves  the  right  to  seek,  in  a  state, federal or
  provincial forum, an adjudication of the equitable apportionment of  the
  water  resources  of  the  Great  Lakes  basin  and  the  protection and
  determination of its rights and interests in those water  resources,  in
  any manner provided by law.
