Section 4202*2. Regulations for admission

Latest version.

The commissioner of education may
  make such regulations and give such directions to parents and guardians,
  in relation to the admission of pupils into any institution specified in
  this article, as will prevent pupils  entering  the  same  at  irregular
  periods.
