Section 94. Residence of assistant district attorneys

Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of any state law, or of the New York city charter or administrative code of the city of New York, any duly appointed assistant district attorney in New York city may reside in any county other than the one in which he or she is employed without forfeiting his or her office or employment.
