Section 266. Disbursements

Latest version.

Any disbursements necessary to be made for any
  of the purposes mentioned  in  this  article  shall  be  paid  from  the
  treasury upon the approval of the governor's secretary, on the audit and
  warrant  of  the  comptroller,  out  of  any  moneys in the treasury not
  otherwise appropriated.
