Section 328-A. Executive board

1. There shall be an executive board of the
  New York State 911 board that  shall  serve  until  October  first,  two
  thousand three, or until such time as standards are promulgated pursuant
  to  subdivision  four  of  section  three  hundred  twenty-eight of this
  article, whichever is later. Such executive board shall be comprised  of
  the  secretary  of  state,  a  member  of  the  board  designated by the
  temporary president of the senate, and a member of the board  designated
  by the speaker of the assembly.
    2.  The  executive board shall be subject to articles six and seven of
  the public officers law.
