Section 940-A. Food and lodging for certain jurors

  • When so ordered by the
      court in a county wholly included within the city of New York, the court
      shall provide food and lodging for jurors kept together pending a  trial
      and their deliberation thereon anywhere in the city of which such county
      is  a  part,  and the cost thereof, not exceeding twelve dollars per day
      per juror, shall be a county charge.
