Section 8302. Of the CPLR, relating to an additional allowance as of right in certain real property actions in which plaintiff has recovered judgment, shall apply in this court

The allowance so  calculated  shall
  be  added to the amount of costs first calculated under other provisions
  of this article without reference to CPLR § 8302.
