Section 395. Alternative provisions relative to payment of interest to shareholders

Notwithstanding any  provision  of  this  chapter  to  the  contrary the superintendent may adopt such rules or regulations as shall
  permit  mutual  savings  and  loan associations to pay interest on share
  accounts at the option of such association.
