Section 258-HH. Entry, inspection and investigation

  • Any person designated
      by the commissioner shall have access to and may enter at all reasonable
      hours all places  where  foreign  imported  dry  milk  powder  is  being
      packaged or stored for sale or distribution in the state of New York, or
      where   the  books,  papers,  records  or  documents  relating  to  such
      transactions are kept and shall have power to inspect and copy the same,
      and  may  administer  oaths  and  take  testimony  for  the  purpose  of
      ascertaining  facts  which  in  the  judgment  of  the  commissioner are
      necessary to administer this article.
