Section 9-126. Jurisdiction of commissioner of correction over civil prisoners

Any part of the institutions under the jurisdiction  of  the  commissioner   of   correction   which   shall  be  set  aside  for  the
  accommodation of prisoners detained by civil process shall be under  the
  control of such commissioner of correction.
