Section 9-119. Requisitions

The chief officer of any institution under the
  charge  of  the  commissioner  of  correction  shall  make  his  or  her
  requisitions  in  writing  upon  the  commissioner for all articles such
  officer deems necessary to be used in  such  institution.  Such  officer
  shall keep an accurate account thereof.
