Section 7-809. Comptroller

Nothing  in  the  local law that added this
  chapter is intended to modify, supersede or  in  any  way  diminish  the
  powers  granted  to  the comptroller pursuant to section ninety-three of
  the charter to settle and adjust all claims for the city.
