Section 4-107. City real property; transfer of, to department of citywide administrative services

Latest version.

Whenever any  real  property  of  the  city  is  unproductive, or the term for which it may have been leased or let shall
  have  expired or be about to expire, the agency having jurisdiction over
  such real property shall forthwith transfer the same to  the  department
  of citywide administrative services.
