Section 3-226. Enforcement

Complaints alleging violations of this subchapter
  shall  be  made,  received,  investigated  and  adjudicated  in a manner
  consistent  with  investigations  and  adjudications  of  conflicts   of
  interest  pursuant  to  chapters  sixty-eight  and  thirty-four  of  the
