Section 28-412.1. Oil-burning equipment installer license required

It shall
  be unlawful to install oil-burning equipment in  the  city  unless  such
  work is performed by or under the direct and continuing supervision of a
  person   licensed  as  an  oil-burning  equipment  installer  under  the
