Section 28-204.6.7. Validity of lien

Latest version.

In  any  proceeding  to  enforce  or
  discharge a lien created pursuant to this section 28-204.6, the validity
  of the lien shall not be subject to challenge based on the lawfulness of
  the judgment, except as provided in this section 28-204.6.
