Section 28-119.1.1. Gas shut-off for alterations to gas piping systems

When
  alterations, extensions or repairs to existing gas meter piping  or  gas
  distribution  piping require the shut-off of gas flow to a building, the
  utility company shall be notified by the owner or his or her  authorized
