Section 28-116.7. Fabricator approval

Approval  of  fabricators  by  the
  department shall be  based  upon  review  of  the  fabricator's  written
  procedural   and  quality  control  manuals  and  periodic  auditing  of
  fabrication practices by an approved agency.
