Section 28-112.6.3.7. Rebate for LEED or other environmental design certification

Owners who demonstrate certification  of  their  project,  which  was  signed off following the effective date of this code, by the
  United States Green Building Council based upon the Council's Leadership
  in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system or as  otherwise
  provided by rule, may be rebated their fees as set out in rule.
