Section 28-112.6.3.1. Renewable energy rebates

Owners who demonstrate the
  production on a zoning lot of five percent or more of the annual  energy
  consumption  on  the  zoning  lot  through  renewable energy sources may
  receive a fee rebate as established by rule.
