Section 28-112.6. Refunds and rebates

Upon application to the comptroller of
  the  city  of  New  York,  and  upon  verification  of  claim   by   the
  commissioner,  refunds  or  rebates  of  partial  or  full fees shall be
  provided as set forth in sections 28-112.6.1 through 28-112.6.3.
