Section 28-103.1.1. Installation of equipment required by the New York city fire code

Where the installation of  exit  signs,  emergency  means  of  egress  illumination,  special  mechanical ventilation and sprinkler and
  fire alarm systems is required by the New York city fire code, the  fire
  commissioner  shall  require such installations to be in accordance with
