Section 27-406. Application

This section shall apply to the construction,
  alteration, and use of buildings or spaces for the spraying, dipping, or
  drying of flammable paints, varnishes, and lacquers or  other  flammable
  materials,   mixtures,  or  compounds  used  for  painting,  varnishing,
  staining, or similar purposes.
